Reliable destruction of VOCs, odours and hazardous emissions.

ICE designs and builds bespoke thermal oxidation systems that combine high destruction efficiency with optimised energy recovery. Contaminated process gases are heated to temperatures between 750°C and 1200°C, where harmful compounds are oxidised into stable, environmentally safe by-products including CO₂, water vapour and nitrogen.

Four parameters determine destruction efficiency: temperature, residence time, turbulence and oxygen availability. ICE designs each system to control these parameters precisely.

Energy recovery options

Recuperative and regenerative heat recovery, process air preheating and waste heat utilisation — significantly reducing fuel consumption and total operating costs.
