Heating Technologies
Infrared Burners
Fast, efficient heating for high-performance production processes.
Originally developed for the textile and carpet industry, ICE infrared burner systems are now deployed across a wide range of industries where compact, high-performance heating is required. Surface combustion takes place within an FeCrAl metal fibre matrix, generating highly uniform infrared emission across the entire burner surface.
Key benefits
- Heating and cooling response within approximately one second — precise control and rapid changeovers.
- Deep infrared penetration enables more compact machine designs.
- High power density supports greater throughput on existing production lines.
- Self-cleaning construction significantly reduces maintenance frequency.
Technical specifications
- Power density: 100–400 kW/m²
- Process temperature: up to 1050°C
- Wavelength range: 1.2–7.2 μm
- Horizontal or vertical installation, compact modular design
Applications: Textile drying, carpet manufacturing, industrial drying systems, process heating, coating and finishing lines.
